FCC: Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is the United States government agency that regulates all telephone, telegraph and radio communications product. Therefore, the product from Ray Shine Video Technology Inc. have been tested to comply with the requirements set up by ANSI C63.4 & FCC PART 15 regulations for the evaluation of electromagnetic compatibility. All the products from Ray Shine are complies with part 15 of FCC rules, operation is subject to the following two conditions; (1) The product may not cause harmful interference and, (2) The product must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

RoHS Compliance Statement

The Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment(RoHS) Directive was passed into law by the European Union(E.U.).It affects manufacturers ,sellers ,distributors and recyclers of electrical and electronic equipment containing lead, cadmium, mercury , hexa-valent chrome ,polybrominated diphenyl ether(PBDE) and polybrominated biphenyl(PBB).After July 1,2006 the use of these materials will be banned in new product sold in Europe.
